I first heard all about Charlotte Tilbury products around a year ago, I got to try some out and the more I used them, the more obsessed I have been with the brand (and the woman herself!). What beautiful products and dressed in such sexy art-deco packaging. These bits are new-in for me so I wanted to give you an idea of what my first impressions have been.

I have 'Love is the drug' blusher too but I much prefer this one for my skin tone. I love the warm bronzed look and this gives that inner glow look with a little sexy flush of colour. Sometimes I use just the outer rim and sometimes I use the swish and pop technique. I think this would suit many different skin tines and the formulation is delightful also, Soft, pigmented but doesn't attack the cheek with colour. I'd say its well worth the price.

Firstly I have to say I adore this packaging - It is sleek, lightweight and really catches the eye. It has a great sized mirror inside too for touching-up on the go.
The powder itself is very light, though when you swirl your brush in it you do get alot of excess powder which can get a bit messy, so thats all you have to watch out for. Gives a lovely natural finish, is not shimmery and does not mattify you 100% which I like personally.

This is one of my favourite eye products of all time, untouchable formula, pigmented, unique colour, easily blendable and buildable. I think it is well worth the price. Great for days when you don't have much time to do a whole face eye but still want to look like you made an effort & add a little colour.

This is a pricey one but again I do think it is worth it if its one of those times when you are looking to splurge on some great skincare. Created over 20 years of Charlotte dealing with model's skin backstage and creating flawless pre-makeup skin, this tackles many problems from tired skin and dullness to fighting signs of ageing, free-radicals and dehydration (a good old Hyaluronic acid booster). It packs a punch and gives you a subtle 'lit from within' glow.
I have combo-oily but dehydrated skin so at first thought it might be a little heavy because it is quite a thick cream compared to what I normally use. I wouldn't personally recommend it for very oily skin but I think it will work very well for most types. (Ask for a sample if you're not sure at first) I massage it well into the skin and let it sink in for about 5-10 minutes. It doesn't make my skin oily during the day atall and it sets my skin up for makeup application very well.

Also now one of my favourite products, Bronze and glow consists of (as you can see) A bronze/light contour powder and a highlighting powder. Also a moment for the packaging, absolutely beautiful and has a big mirror which is so handy to have with you. The bronze shade gives subtle definition to my cheekbones (would be more prominant on lighter skin tones) and I like it but the real winner for me in this palette is the highlighter - I have tried tons of them in the past and this one just takes home the gold. It is such a finely milled, great quality shimmery powder which creates a candlelit glow to the skin. It docent make you look like a disco ball and the two shades together basically make you look like a goddess, theres no better way to put it!
Lusting over the contour brush which goes with this now too - Probably won't be long until I get my hands on it!

Let me know of any products of Charlotte's you have tried too and what your favourites have been!

Sammi x
